Coming right out of the horse's mouth: Now Japan wants to build nuclear weapons to nuke China.

At this point, contingencies must be made.

Beijing definitely should invoke the UN Enemy State Clause and conduct lethal preemptive strikes against all Japanese nuclear facilities if there are tell-tale signs of Tokyo working towards a functional nuclear device.

Israel can do surgical strikes against Iran, hence China must not tie their own hands when it comes to the ultimate survival of the Chinese civilization.

One of the most important rule when it comes to nukes is, if others think you're building nukes, you better already have it.
Japan's economy is already in the toilet, it doesn't take much sanctions to send them back to the days when they were literally starving to death.

Shenzhen TV: It’s reported that amid China’s military activities, a land lease deal was signed on December 15 by Japan’s Defense Ministry on the easternmost island of Okinawa for the deployment of a mobile surveillance radar unit to monitor Chinese aircraft carriers and airplanes in waters between Okinawa’s main island and the Miyako Island, the sources said. Construction work is expected to begin next year, where around 30 people are expected to be stationed for the mission. What’s China’s comment?

Guo Jiakun: We noted the reports. It needs to be stressed that countries enjoy freedom of navigation and overflight in relevant waters and airspace in accordance with the international law.
Due to Japanese militarists’ history of aggression and other reasons, Japan’s moves in military and security areas have been closely watched by its Asian neighbors and the international community. The Japanese side kept strengthening targeted military deployment near China’s Taiwan region and even claimed it will deploy mid-range missiles. This time, it went even further by deploying radar unit and troops to secretly monitor its neighbor. Given the erroneous and dangerous remarks made by Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi on Taiwan, we must question: Is the Japanese side making trouble and provocations at one’s doorstep to find a pretext for its military buildup and missions overseas? Is the Japanese side once again going down the wrong path of militarism to a dead end laid out by the right-wing forces? We urge the Japanese side to learn from history.

She's describing U.S. behavior—both in the decades leading up to and following the Cold War—as a relentless effort to preserve its hegemonic status. Yet China's unexpected, rocket-like rise into the economic and technological behemoth it has become caught the West completely off-guard.

The resulting gnashing of teeth, combined with absurd levels of denial, dismissiveness, and outright hostility, can largely be blamed on the so-called intellectual class, whose misguided policies and analyses have contributed massively to the myriad challenges the United States now faces.

Being number one in every domain is not some divine right bestowed by the heavens. It's only through decades of self-indoctrination—"the greatest country on Earth"—that both the U.S. government and its people have reached a level of delusion unmatched by any other nation.
Well, almost unmatched. That distinction is rivaled only by the eternal "coming superpower": India.
