Beijing ‘absolutely does not accept’ Japanese leader’s seeming Taiwan climbdown

Beijing has dismissed Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi’s latest remarks on Taiwan as “prevarication”, warning that it “absolutely does not accept” her continued refusal to retract comments made in early November.

On Wednesday, Takaichi appeared to attempt to dial down weeks of tensions when she told a parliamentary questioning session that Tokyo’s “fundamental position regarding Taiwan remains unchanged from that stated in the 1972 Japan-China Joint Communique, and there has been no change whatsoever to this position”.

However, she did not mention the contents of that document. She also did not, despite Beijing’s repeated insistence, withdraw her November 7 comment to parliament that an attack on Taiwan by the People’s Liberation Army could constitute a “survival-threatening situation” for Japan – one that could allow Tokyo to mobilise its military.

It’s clear now that if the West cannot stake claim that China stole it from them (aka a design and concept that wasn’t seen in the West first), there has to be something majorly wrong with it. Why would China spend so much money on an unvalidated and unproven design if the West didn’t come up with it first? It boggles the mind.

Ironic because the West now gets insulted if they can’t claim China stole it from them.

The China rare earths problem isn't as bad as we think. It's much worse: a look at gallium

Here is the brilliant idea, Department of War should start buying the GaN based mobile chargers from Chyna and start licking them...

The elephant in the room for Gallium production is that it's a by-product of aluminium production. China alone has more aluminium production capacity than the next ten countries combined.

The West is burying their heads in the sand when it comes to rare earth.

We should be so lucky. It would be a massive win for the world if they could keep their heads buried forever.

Bruh, I figured the soybean and REE card would be effective but even I didn't think it would be this effective.
Love how the Democrats are in the weaker position still against the Republicans where they have to sit idly by and stick with the losing Trump anti-China position because they’re stuck between a rock and a hard place. On one side they’ll have to look more anti-China which has already failed and will make the US worse going down that path as Trump himself seems to recognize or take a reconciliatory U-turn position with China in order to jump start the US economy. Something that will perpetuate the stereotype that the Democrats are weak on foreign policy.

Frankly I more and more think that the pro-Israel faction have been behind US foreign policy decisions for a while. They’ve basically admitted and shown that the stereotypes are true that they’re in control behind the scenes. Look at how civil rights are being violated and now under assault just to protect Jewish sensibilities. A pillar under the foundation of the Western values based order crumbling just to protect only one group and not for the democratic principles for all. They’re not even bothering to lie about it. Look at how in both parties there’s political turmoil within that’s turning their parties upside down all centered on the Israel question. First in both parties it was unwavering. Now the debate over Israeli influence is a part of open discussion to their alarm. You don’t think a group that has that much power and influence isn’t deciding foreign affairs for the US as well?

That’s why the Jews have basically gone openly anti-China. They have to stop China or else US power and influence over the world wanes which means Jewish influence around the world suffers. Look at how Israel has been trying to manipulate China to adopt US foreign policies because it’s actually their foreign policy and make China treat the same and sanction all the countries that the US already does which happens to coincide with what Jews want. They tried to use October 7th to force China by threatening all these actions if China didn’t freely do follow policies they would normally have give up something in return if they wanted China to comply.

It’s interesting in the rise of Nick Fuentes and Candice Owen’s on the right has alarmed the Jewish lobby so much. Why? Because, of course, they see Jewish influence as a big problem for the US. They’re both outliers not following their “mainstream” American political discourse. You know what the two also have in common? They don’t see China as the US’s number one problem. Look at when the whole TikTok refugees was a thing, both of them opened an account on RedNote. Was it because they were communist sympathizers? No. It was simply because they saw a country free of Jewish influence they were just jealous not to have for themselves. It was a message to the Jews that they saw them as far worse than the Chinese. While most the of those streamer types are falling in followers because of their Trump devotion, these two are getter more popular. What more of an indicator of the direction the US is going and how Americans feel.

When Israel pulls these little anti-China stunts like they’ve been doing like accusing China of Muslim oppression the Uighurs or sending a delegation to Taiwan, some Western journalist stationed in China will asked China’s reaction to it. China should respond, “I think Israel wants Americans to die for them in a war with China.” That’s going make headlines around the world and most people especially in the US are going to agree. It only validates what they’ve always been feeling. If China wants to score points around the world with little consequences, they should do stuff like that.
