Namewee has a track record of collaborating with female celebrities in the Chinese language entertainment industry outside of mainland China. So him working with someone like Iris Hsieh is not surprising. But the two of them in a hotel room together with drugs is new. It just doesn't look good for him.

I think Namewee is in serious trouble. He had made a career of rebellion against the Malaysian government and the Malay Muslim majority. But he had also been lucky that he didn't spend a lot of jail time. If he is facing drug charges, that can get very serious in Malaysia.

Namewee appears to be fighting for the welfare of the Malaysian Chinese against Malay oppression, but he is actually an anti-China, Boba liberal fool. He is a typical example of a Chinese-educated Malaysian Chinese who hates China. These are the ignorant fools who irrationally support the Boba libs and HK Democrazies.

On the other spectrum of China haters are the bananas like Nigel Ng (aka Uncle Roger) who make a living in the English language space. Nigel himself had studied in a Chinese vernacular school before going to study in the US. Chinese education in Malaysia doesn't necessarily mean an appreciation of China.

I think you are a bit harsh on Nigel man, he is a comedian and will take the piss out of everything. As far as I know he has never expressed any particular or specific hatred towards China, only that there were things he disliked and that’s normal for everything.

Nigel Ng got canceled in China for collaborating with Mike Chen, a known FLG. Ng deleted the offending video, apologized in a video posted to Chinese Internet, and also made a defiant "not bowing down" video on western Internet.

hey grok, what is the opportunity cost of the entrepreneur who moved to India compared to staying in China? That’s an extra couple mill that could’ve opened a new factory, new capital investment that could’ve expanded your business instead of going to corrupt Indian politicians who turn it into shit in one form or another.

Gym Boss is doing his thing again. He went to Lai Ching-te's ancestral home town in Fujian. Turns out not only does Lai come from the Lai clan there, but Lai Ching-te himself took photos with the Taiwan branch of their association in 2018 and took photos with them and everything. The secretary of the clan association said Lai Ching-te has been disowned and his name removed from clan record since he started doing secessionist activities:

Something I noticed is the gymbros and meatheads who would be guests on Joe Rogan all supporting China. Meanwhile the guys who would report you for getting their pronouns wrong tend to be for DPP. Not good optics really.

I know that sometimes Nigel Ng could be compared to someone like Russell Peters. So why the big fuss over his style of comedy? Well Russell Peters does his father's Indian persona, but it is just part of his many persona. Nigel Ng is all about his Uncle Roger persona, it's a permanent feature of his brand of comedy. Russell Peters rarely bring heavy political topics if any into his comedy. But not Nigel Ng.

With regards to China, Nigel had expressed his dislike for China based on US propaganda. Things like Xi Jinping, censorship, propaganda, Taiwan, Uighur slave labour, and Covid. Watch his skit in India for example. He expressed relief that there were no Chinese amongst his audience. Watch his joke about Wuhan and Covid. Where he roasted an audience from Wuhan. He asked him to wear a facemask, "thanked" Wuhan for 3 years of pandemic, and asked why they ate that bat. I don't see why that is funny, I find it distasteful.

So no, I have seen enough of Nigel, and I just don't like him. People can call me sensitive, but I see a pattern here. When it comes to China, his style of comedy reinforces Sinophobia in the West. Whether knowingly or unknowingly. I think he knows what he is doing.

If Uncle Roger thinks that China is being overly sensitive. He should try making jokes about 9-11, Israel-Gaza, or LGBT. See how long his comedy show enjoys it's "freedom" in the West.
