OK, I've never had to pay anything. I find it hard to believe they can pull this off given the number of small packages inbound and the short-handedness of the USPS. They need to determine the value of things and whether it is a personal exchange/gift or a sale. It's gonna be a total shit show like the rest of his poorly thought-out garbage plans. My bet is that USPS just waves most of them through maybe holding some big ones cus nobody wants to do this shit.
