This is an example of collateral damage from the tech war and chip war.

That is why I feel people do not appreciate the tech war like how I think they should think about it. Anyways, I could absolutely right or absolutely wrong about everything. It happens.
However, how certain people think about it, it comes second nature. If we say this point, then this point, that point, and all the points in between, are kind of like automatic, that that is understood. No need to say everything. This is not school.

If Mate 60 Pro appears, and since we know more details about it, specifically in terms of technology and that is top notch, and in terms of capacity, they can make these at will, this changes everything.
People know, that this event or declaration of ability, will bring cascading changes in world IC landscape. The invisible hand will move this business process along.
That is the part that I think some people cannot appreciate that much, because it is too abstract.
In the case of Hynix, they are collateral damage, because the invisible hand moved the orders away, and or moved sanctions against. Hynix got less out of this chip war, and not more. Hence, they are collateral damage.
It is not that Hynix has lost out on some orders. They could be given a permanent limp with this.
The invisible hand does not dish out tit-for-tat sanctions and counter-sanctions. The invisible hand in business is like time, it does not stop, and is ruthless, and it does not care.
Hynix is on the wrong side of this. The invisible hand will inflict long term damage to them in some way or another, like losing sales in the China market, or being sanctioned.
Then the further risks after losing some their China sales, Chinese companies will appear to compete directly against them. The invisible hand will not stop.
That is why I like President Trump, at least he understood the invisible hand that moved things along wanted a deal with the Chinese. The Biden people, they are just fools, glorifying their own power. They don't give a shit who becomes collateral damage.
