Those Arabs have nothing to do with Gulf Arabs. which are left over from Ottoman who ruled the area for so long. you need few hundred years to develop society. E-3 AWACS and F-15 not a second choice. you are clue less.
They will prefer Israel stay there so that all the poor Arabs not threaten them untill there own population big enough to manage defence. i said desert is very unlucky place to grow population ,develop scientific universities and industrialization.
Gulf Arabs have very good intelligence on other muslims and much of the rest of the world. They can differentiate alot of things and alot of things from there language i am not bringing here.

One conspiracy theory among some Arabs is the House of Saud are actually crypto-Jews. The Abraham accords made me think but recently the Saudis have been anything but pro-Zionist.

It wasn't the equipment that lost the Arabs the wars. The Chinese, Koreans and Vietnamese did just fine with inferior equipment.
