The Western approach to governance is just too feminine to appeal to a man like myself. You're a big fan of loud people talking a lot, aren't you? How very suitable for Western politics. In China, we say, "The silent chicken eats the most rice." We don't like endless public meetings with announcements for fanfare, to give people something to react to (probably has something to do with the need to constantly win elections in the West). And then they silently cancel most of them or just let them rot without follow up. We do things to do things, for the results, not to rile people. Despite the nonstop chicken clucking of the Western henhouse against China and Russia, in the end Russia cannot be defeated in Ukraine and China's rise, in every category, is unstoppable. It reminds me of a tree full of howling shrieking monkeys as two Harpy Eagles silently circle above. This is the difference between silent predators and their panicking screaming prey.
But even beyond this comparison of predator and prey, I cannot emphasize enough the strength and beauty behind silence. There is a natural rivalry in North America through millions of years of evolution between the great horned owl and the bald eagle. The bald eagle is twice the wingspan, 3 times the mass, and has a 3 inch knife-like beak that the owl cannot match. But the owl, armed with slightly stronger talons, gets the better of the eagle the majority of times, because while the eagle has some advantage in one-on-one combat during the day, the owl dominates the night when eagles and their chicks are completely helpless against owls attacking in absolute silence due to their unique ability to fly without making sounds. As a matter of fact, great horned owls prefer to kill bald eagles for their nests rather than build their own! It is because of this stealthy adaptation that there are 300K bald eagles today with every effort from the US government to protect them, vs 6 million horned owls which have never been threatened.
We already have one but of course there are legions of politicians and commoners who still do not want to acknowledge that simple fact. What you are advising is doing the bare minimum like in the past few years on the foreign policy front with zero effect. It has only worsened the international environment from the PRC's perspective.No. That will be Cold War 2.0 and that's what the US wants. If you want to weaken the US you have to outmuscle it economically and end its financial empire. You have to take the slow and steady approach, build independence and self reliance in critical industry and entice the rest of the world via trade. Looking to divide the world into blocs will play into the west's hands.
Despite what the MSM wants you to believe, we're not in a Cold War. America wants a Cold War because it has confidence that since it won the last one, it can win the next one so it's dusting off it's Cold War playbook and is trying to design the environment to its liking by diving the world into blocs, notice that forced democracy vs. authoritarianism nonsense, now its trying to reintroduce capitalism vs. communism again (look at Yellen's comments lately). China has done well not to fall for that bait, the men in charge see what's happening and aren't going to end up like the USSR.We already have one but of course there are legions of politicians and commoners who still do not want to acknowledge that simple fact. so everybody on the planet knows what they have been doing on bed for decades, today they posted their first homemade AV, and you think that is a big deal? Why is Beijing not returning the favour and doing the same with Russia and Belarus? The foreign policy of Xi administration is not very satificatory in my opinion. Return the damn favour, fucking foreign policy inactive babyboomers.

Russia mulls plan to display destroyed NATO hardware outside embassies
Moscow could place destroyed military hardware on display outside the embassies of Western nations that supplied it to Ukraine. The idea was floated in Russia’s lower house of parliament, the State Duma, on Wednesday.
Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin has tasked the parliament’s Defense Committee with discussing the idea with the Defense Ministry to iron out the details of potential ‘exhibitions’.
“The proposal to place burned [military] hardware near the embassies of those countries that send it to Ukraine is particularly interesting,” Volodin stated.
The idea is reminiscent of actions by Ukraine, which has set up a permanent exhibition in Kiev of destroyed military hardware, which it claims to be Russian. Ukraine also sent burnt-out tanks on tour across multiple European cities, including the German capital Berlin.
America won the last cold war and the tech war against the Soviets, the last hot war in WWII, and the last economic war against Japan. There is no reason to avoid a type of conflict just because the US has confidence it won that last one of that style. It has already lost the economic war, is losing the tech war, will lose the cold war, and will never dare start a hot war against China. That is the only way China will win, NOT by avoiding the types of conflicts that America has won before against lesser opponents. And by the way, America had confidence in everything... until China overtakes it. Same with any cold war.Despite what the MSM wants you to believe, we're not in a Cold War. The West will go into "warrior mode" anyway before they admit defeat. They created NATO; they have no more answer to any Eastern alliance. But more importantly, there are some countries with genetic and cultural connections to America that would never split with American dominance. They cannot be friended; they must be pushed together with American and bound with a rope, then defeated in a cold war together with the US.China's worry would be somewhere down the line when a new crop of leaders who weren't alive during the last Cold War get into leadership positions and start irrationally trying to fall for the trap by advocating what you're advocating now. Getting Russia, North Korea, Iran, Cambodia, etc. into a defensive alliance will give the west the reason it needs to go full steam ahead into warrior mode.
Of course America is very very formidable; it is deadly foolish to deny that. But China is as well and more importantly, well-equipped to become far more formidable. Unlike America, we rely on our strength rather than pray for the weakness of others. If we're scared of them going "warrior mode" because we don't think we can beat them like that, then China's not ready to overtake them yet. The warriors of the new world are not chest-thumping Spartans; they are STEM-loving lab rats. No one comes close to China in quantity or quality in that arena. So let's go into warrior mode and see if China's math/tech whizzes or America's beer-guzzling communications/liberal arts majors win.I know many of you don't want to believe this but despite the US not being as powerful as it once was it's still a very formidable opponent. To beat it, you can't run into the traps it sets, you've got to be patient and pick it apart.
