Oh, boy. Look at that shameless, arrogant "we are above you all, you have to play by my rules" attitude.

They still can't seem to grasp that because of this attitude they're losing influence fast.
"We [USA] can sell billions in weapons arms to Taiwan, but you [China] can't sell even a bulldozers or circuit boards to Russia.... Also, why don't anyone respect our rules-based order anymore?"

From AN AMERICAN"LIBERAL" lamenting and asking himself if he's truly Lib or a FASCIST this whole time.

Replace ISR with China, replace Hamas with East Turkestan and replace Palestinians with Chinese-Uyghurs and see how this twisted mentally and morally depraved person will AND MORE THAN HAPPY TO justify one'S ACTION over the other without missing a beat. Calling the other's entity's action justified the other as GENOCIDE.

Reddit post lifted verbatim:

Is there any leftists out there not pro-Palestine?

I am a liberal myself, supporting the left ever since I became aware of politics. I support trans right, women’s right, and equality just like every other leftists. I never in general felt so disconnected from my kind before the whole Palestine-Israel thing. There were instances when I got called Islamophobic, and there were moments I called other leftists phonies. Yet, it is now that I realized I can no longer understand them.

Sure, a lot of civilians are hurt, but can’t they see Hamas has their bases built under hospitals and civilian utilities?
Sure, they want a cease fire (this is reasonable and I can see why), but why are they protesting in universities? I understand that this practice comes from the time of the Vietnam war. However, the method only worked because many of the drafting were done on campus.
Sure, they protest anyway, yet what is it about the whole “ending US colonial rule over the world thing”? Can they not see that US is the good guy? Don’t they know that so many countries are only surviving because of US presence? South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, The Philippines, and other NATO countries. They need and want US protection. Who are these students to decide if these countries need US or not?

Why can I no longer understand my fellow liberals these days? Sorry for the ranting. I just can’t find a place to let out my frustration since my liberal friends are all pro-Palestine.

(Just to make it clear, I am a Nordic-model liberal with anti-theist and anti-communist attitude)

Judging by the behaviour of the frat boys at Columbia vis-a-vis the protests, i believe it's more than likely that the entirety of the US ruling class is no longer WASP, but more like Jewish White American.
This Hanjian "western loving savant" who's residing in Australia is having a freaking meltdown to find out that exercising the so-called "freedom of assembly/protest" is actually not a thing, especially when the thing you're trying to protest is against something/entity that's considered sacrosanct. Most importantly, if YOU'RE CHINESE and you're protesting AGAINST WESTERN INTEREST(S) and not AGAINST YOUR OWN KIND, COUNTRY, CULTURE, POLITICAL SYSTEM ETC...that will land you in BIG DOO DOO A.K.A. COMMIE CHINESE.

It’s funny how the 3 Body Problem accurately depicted the kind of hanjian woman who calls on outsider alien forces to destroy her own country, like that Tiananmen Square protest woman who fled to the U.S. and whose daughter recently went viral for bitching about first world problems.

Whose daughter?

Just remember to screencap all this so they can't play innocent when this is all over. Watch as they go from talking so much to not wanting to be reminded about it.

Oh yeah, on the one hand I would love for Nathan Law to be involved and result in boomerang again.
On the other hand Nathan Law is piss poor at organising coloured revolution based on his past experience and would actually reduce the damage caused by the current wave of campus protests.

I'm torn.

When I watched this episode about a successful strike organized by Maozedong one thing that stuck out to me is that the roaches literally took every one of his strategies and did the polar opposite.
