When they had Asia Ex-Japan (AxJ) there was at least a proper reason because back then Japan was a developed country while everyone else was still developing.
Can't really see a proper reason for Asia Ex-India (AxI) though.

Give in a few decades and India will be so far behind the rest of Asia it wouldn’t make sense to lump them in with everyone else.
India is actually closer culturally to the Middle East and Persia than east Asia, closer genetically as well too. I don’t want them nor their coprophilic tendencies anywhere near east Asia.

I think the rest of Asia won't mind not having India in it. India does not share the same Asian solidarity with other Asian nations. It considers itself to be in the same club as the Western imperial nations, like the G7. Asia Ex-India could function just fine.

I'm pretty certain that a significant number of Islamic governments criticize Israel with lip service, just to placate their citizens, while actually supporting it in secret.
Jordan, Turkey, Egypt, all the Gulf countries except maybe Qatar and Kuwait, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, I am certain are with Israel.
