Derek f.. Ng Grossman is just egging the sensitivity of Indians by writing that shit "China insults India" nonsense. China can't say anything anymore without being accused or slandered of offending/oppressing anyone nowadays? It's reckless and pure unadulterated anti-China propaganda. What a tool.
His tweeter account is comedy gold. For over a year now he has been simping hard for India

India supapoa and all that

2 small employees gave ice cream to white guy after telling a local lady there was no more ice cream

BMW apologised and said this was a training issue, they were temporary employees only blah blah

Chinese net was still unhappy

A few hours after that streamers went to the booth to make fun of them. One streamer was pushed by a BMW employee at the booth and wanted an apology. For some reason security guards overreacted (maybe requested by BMW?) and dragged her out kicking and screaming (seen live by 30k people)

Now the common phrase on Chinese internet is "宝马打人了"

Nobody knows who told the 2 employees to do that or if it was just them being white worshippers.
There’s being a ditzy stupid girl, and then there’s being a white worshipping scum that would sell out the motherland for Prada bags. Solution is simple: ban these two girls from having a passport and ban them from ever being able to leave the country to travel unless under written express permission by the government. A few more years of patriotic education ought to remind these girls just who they really are.

it’s like when you go into a Chinese restaurant in say Australia or the UK run by similar white worshipping scum who give choice service and free prawn chips to caucasoid customers but give you shit service…

why are the Anglo Americans so keen for a war against china whereas they’re so hesitant to go to war against Russia? And it’s not like Anglo slow learners in leadership haven’t been to war against china. They did, and failed in their objectives such that it resulted in the maxim before the gulf war to “never start a land war in Asia “.

Answer is nukes, and all the more reason why China needs more nukes to remind the aging boomer relationship that duck and cover could once again become a part of American life…just like their childhoods.

Who was dragged out - employee or streamer? If the streamer was dragged out, then the local government should investigate this nest of white worshippers.
Streamer was dragged out

Another streamer bought 100 icecream and distributed them in front of the booth only for chinese. One of the employees wanted to stop him and grabbed his bag but he was allowed to continue after talking for a while

The media has been pretty quiet on this so I think it's worth bringing this up again.

After nine days away from twitter and contemplating she came up with this. Of course she also has to add the usual blah blah human rights, blah blah Xinjiang, blah blah Taiwan status quo (although she did also say EU must uphold One China policy). Nevertheless it does real like a vote for Macron's call for Europe independence away from US which I doubt Washington is happy with.

And now we also have this:

Remember a while ago I said this about the possible location of the peace treaty to end the Ukraine war:

"Thus another country may have the honor of hosting this event. We have one past example already where it took place in Minsk but given Belarus is now a lot closer to Russia I doubt Minsk is acceptable anymore. Early in the war Ankara was used as the location and it could still be the case in the future, alternatively what if Xi suggests to everyone to do this in Paris?"

It's looking more likely right? If the 2023 Paris Peace Accord is signed with photo of Putin and Zelensky standing to either side of Macron, what will the history books say about him?
I think some of the EU politicians are genuinely ignorant of China rather than simply lying. This could explain some of their behavior. Macron gained a confidence boost and becomes assertive himself. Baerbock was spooked. Von der leyen is subtly changing tone.

Hq16s which make up the bulk of cheap air defense in the mainland are S350 equivalents, and since Saudi acquired Chinese SHORAD, they've not been penetrated by drone attacks in any noteworthy capacity.
I will not read too much into Yemen as the size of front is very small after UAE took over the South Yemen. how many strikes against UAE successful that are non tactical despite UAE much larger belligerent and UAE also occupies Socotra Island.

Houthis dont have capability like Ukraine to plot path of strikes based on real time gaps in air defense network. The size of front is too big for Joint Air defense system including Belarus. there is testing and revisions communication systems based on Ukraine experience that is going on in Russia.

even before Ukraine experience S-350 is only ballistic missile defense system that has 12 missile per launcher and that 9M100 cruise missile defense no one knows real number could be as high as 32 missile per launcher..

That I don't think we the public can tell. But I was concentrating on the engines since based on experience with N1 it's know clustering that many engine was risky.

Those 5 or so failed fairly quickly after lift off (update: 3 didn't light at lift off), you could see them not burning as soon as you can see the bottom of the rocket. Through the first stage burn there were moments where the 6th engine also failed but it seems to flicker on and off.
Thank you for your answer, I re-watched the video and it seems that I found the abnormality of the engine you mentioned.

In addition, I would like to know if there are any related open materials or papers on starship's engine control strategy.

PS: I know this thread is not suitable for further discussion, but I don't know how to grasp the scale. If there is any violation, please delete this post.

I don't even go out of my way to look for white worship in China but I've encountered it more times than I can count. Just to give you an idea of how bad it is, I've stopped socializing with my white colleagues just to avoid it. The problem is there is just very little social obligation for Chinese not to be rude to each other, even in service settings, unlike in say Japan for instance. When there's no obligation not to be rude, people will just take the path of least resistance - be rude, don't bother with emotional labor, etc., like you see in the video. And then when you couple that with the high prevalance of white worship in China and the fact that it's a western brand the two women are working for, that's why you see such a large contrast between how the locals were shooed away while the white guy was treated like an esteemed guest.

Speaking as a descendant of Shanghai dialect speakers, Shanghai-ers are some of the worst people. Even setting aside the problem of these girls being hanjian (and/or perhaps their manager giving them directions that created this outcome), this was a stupid move that risks harming the brand image/reputation tremendously. Chinese are clearly one of the biggest if not THE biggest buyers of BMW, but the Shanghai bubble has cultivated a group of dogmatic self-hating racists/racial sycophants that don't even understand the company they work for.

They don't seem to intellectually grasp that their employer's future (and partly their own) hinges almost solely upon how it is perceived by its largest (if not one of its largest) markets.
