These are tracked vehicles, not wheeled vehicles. Besides, those are IFVs and APCs in the video belong to the PLAGF.
Why would the Chinese government even require the help of the PLA when the PAP hasn't even been called into action yet?
Furthermore, at most, the PAP operates IFVs and APCs with white or white-&-black paint schemes with the two large Chinese characters "武警" (armed police) written on them.

People should not care about western news (or other foreign news) so much.
