This is why the US is incapable of reasonable thought. The only solution is to eliminate nuclear weapons in the world which the world would support and gang-up against countries who would violate such a ban. But nooooo. The US wants to keep its nukes to have the very advantage to play internationally that any violators who would want to have over others and that's why countries have nukes to deter the US. The US, the only country in the world that ever used nukes against another and continues to this day to be the only country to use them, they think they can convince the world even their declared enemies that they are the only responsible country to have nukes while everyone else except their allies can't have them. They look at the worst case scenario of others having nukes when they don't look at themselves with the same lens.
Look at the right-wing extremists of Western countries that are gaining ground. They want to go back to the good ole days where they controlled the world and they did that by violating human rights. The Western mindset is returning to the insecurity of pre-colonialism where they had nothing within their own borders. Like I've said before, it's no coincidence that the most brutal invaders in history didn't have much in their own countries so they had to invade to take what they didn't have. Today the West has to hide behind human rights to rewrite that history but the roosters are coming home to roost. Someone posted a video of Australia worried of independence movements of indigenous people. Yeah that's what happens when they hide behind human rights and independence movements in countries they don't like. That's going to be happening more with lands the West has seized from natives.
Today you're hearing about how Europeans are going freeze this winter. They're running out of basic food staples and supplies and raw materials they took for granted. All because they can't get them due to dependency from other countries disrupted by international tensions and also they can't compete with China by their own words because China outbids them by
paying more, not less as they like to lie that China is cheating them in some way, to other countries that have them. Just like they think they can convince the world they should be the only ones to have nukes while everyone else can't, they think they can convince countries it's better they get less money by only doing business with them instead of getting more from China.
The West is retreating back to their original borders and I'm not just talking about land. Look at the hawkish behavior of European countries towards China because of competition something they say they're for... until it undermines what they want which is as usually with everything else. Yeah they can blame the world not choosing them on China because it's an alternative to them. They said China was headed for collapse because of some blackouts that occurred they said was because China banned coal from Australia. What do you think is happening to them...? The monster that terrorized the countryside is returning but this time it's going to get nuked.
