I just ran into a great example of India speed:
That high speed rail project that Japan managed to snatch away from China, the one that runs 508km between Mumbai and Ahmedabad? Construction started in 2017, current progress: 10km completed. To get the project back running Japan is issuing another loan to India for 100 billion yen at 0.1% interest rate pay back 50 years.
Something tells me they are using the yen as toilet paper.

As is the case with most business deals involving Indians. Success of such infrastructure projects will boost their overall national strength, yet they can't help themselves when there's opportunity to con some money.
