The picture is hugely misleading. It shows the moon was way too small that it is

The Moon's radius is roughly 1/4 of Earth .. so it should be way bigger in proportion to the Earth

Also Moon's distance to the Earth is roughly 30x the diameter of the Earth

It's just really a very poor picture :(:(:(

One crash is embarrassing, two is starting to look like a problem.

Actually its three if you include the incident of USS Cruiser Lake Champlain colliding with a SK fishing boat while exercising with units of the SK Navy in May.

I notice you have seen the label "not to scale". It's fine, the picture is not important. What's important is the rare cosmos event. Human being usually don't live to see another full solar eclipse. So if you live in the United States, don't miss it!
