As a devout evangelical Christian, the late Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina not only abstained from going steady with a hubby, but also to preclude others from doing so.
For better or worse, SCOTUS the law Lindsey Graham legislated to codify the example he set, and to compel others — who may lack his immaculate piety and superior virtues — to follow suit.
In lieu of holy matrimony, the good senator reportedly fulfilled his God given urges by retaining the services of countless male prostitutes, or "rent boys" as they're known.
Per now deleted tweets posted by one Sean Harding, who was apparently acquainted with Lindsey's love:

Other "sex workers" — as they euphemistically call themselves in many English speaking countries — have also come forward to out Mr. Graham:

One such allegation against Lindsey was in fact how he earned the beloved "Ladybug" moniker that oh so many refer to him by:

Granted, Lindsey Graham absolutely ain't the only prominent American politician who've been publicly and rightfully recognized for their prolific prowess with professional prostitutes.
Our illustrious leader, the great and magnificent, Donald J. Trump was in fact caught in a involving Stormy Daniels, a "sex worker" whose pornographic career peaked in the 2000s.
This affair not only led to the of Trump's long time personal attorney, Michael Cohen, on federal charges, but also Cohen's of our great leader.

Moreover, it's important to recognize that members of Team Trump don't just patronize prostitutes, they apparently work as prostitutes as well:
To be fair, politicians patronizing prostitutes is par for the course regardless of jurisdiction. So ain't here to moralize as that'd be puerile and silly.
Problem is officials become liabilities — at the expense of the public — when they're too cowardly to acknowledge all the fun they've had!
You're not Chinese, are you? You don't think like Chinese. For us, we know that treating guests well reflects on the generosity and magnanimity of the host, since the guest has put himself in the host's hands, voluntarily showing trust and vulnerability. That is our culture. In Western culture, honoring of a guest is seen as weakness through elevating another over oneself so guests should be made to feel small and powerless to exhibit the host's strength. It would be wonderful, but there's zero momentum. The Chinese are too caught up in their cult of foreigners to realize anything. From personal experience, I've seen Chinese people skip the line for foreigners (especially whites), free entry to clubs, street photo ops, and fawning over them.
I haven't encountered a single russian whoever speaks well of China, slav usually hate Chinese people, to the core behind their backs and belittle them in every way. Because they consider themselves superior to them, after all, they are the Chinese. They try to please them everywhere, and this gives rise to an unhealthy cult of foreignness within Chinese society, and a feeling of superiority among foreigners. You will never find a place in Russia or in the West where the Chinese people would have the same discounts or attitude towards foreigners, anywhere.
All good personal stories. In mine, I haven't encountered a single Russian in my many trips to Kazakstan or through meeting them in the US who wasn't friendly with a high opinion of China. We're like brothers the instant we tell each other where we're from. We all have stories, broski, but I have data too. This is supported by personal experience and work with foreign workers in China, primarily from Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus, as well as studies at Chinese universities. In 80% of cases, this was the case, and this was the case in 2016, 2019, and even 2024. Read Russian forums and websites and see what Russians call the Chinese.
If he said that 10 years ago it might've been true but nowadays, it's more like eh... not reallyBridge tells it like it is:
