The funny thing is Jai Hinds were boasting that Jaguar is now Indian coz they own it.

Well since they own it, that means they should take full responsibility and blame for all the bad stuff that happened lately. No? That seems rather unfair to claim ownership yet none of the responsibilities.
When Tata bought JLR, there was the idea that Tata could pour in investment and extract the technology to improve their cars. The problem is that the Indian market is/was too far behind, there was never any 2 way exchange, or savings from economies of scale. Even 20 years later we still don’t see any Indian cars in Western markets, but Geely (who purchased Volvo from Ford at the same time as JLR was sold to Tata) can be found in Europe and Australia.
This was their Jaguar EV car. It was dead long before arrival.

This is just a concept, can’t even be dead. It only exists as a shell.

The Jaguar brand must still be worth quite a bit
It worths a lot before Tata tookover, after that it becomes junk. Yes Chinese do have some residue liking of old British brands. I for one was seriously considering to buy a Jaguar X-type as my first new car before Indian took over. Eventually I went to Audi instead because at that time the British reputation of quality is already very bad behind Japanese and German cars. Once my friend joked by saying we are not so poor to buy an Indian car. It would be a moron to buy just a logo without thinking what is inside and behind that logo.

Finally.
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has approved a law to halt cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), a move which will likely obscure any attempt by Tehran to restart its damaged nuclear program.

Wednesday’s decision comes a week after Iran’s parliament passed a law to suspend cooperation with the UN nuclear watchdog. Iran blames the IAEA for collaborating with Israel and providing a pathway for strikes on its nuclear facilities, an accusation which the agency denies.

Drifting From the West’s Orbit, Russians Find a New Role Model in China

China has become trendy for Russians who once worshiped everything Western. Young people are learning Mandarin, and Chinese culture and goods have become ubiquitous in Moscow.
...
“The last three years let the Russians see the East in a totally new light, not as an exotic alternative to Europe but as a mainstream direction for business, tourism and studies,” Kirill V. Babaev, the head of the Institute of China and Contemporary Asia at the Russian Academy of Sciences, said in an email.

“The Russian people are following this trend with so much interest, as if they had just discovered another planet,” he added.

Is this true? What's going on in France? Not enough electricity supply? Electrical grid too weak?

I would not laugh at France which is not different from any other country in the world except China. China does similar things too even though China may have a higher margin and better grid. During exceptional hot summer days, big cities in China do shutdown factories in day time that consume lots of electricity to secure household usage (that is air conditioners). They would also stop construction works to prevent overheating of workers which in term saves electricity. If that is still not enough they may cut down office buildings (home office instead). With the increasing of EV, cutting off charger in day times is another option I am sure China can do. There was a proposal of China National Grid to use Charging EVs to feedback electricity to the grid in peak hours. China's production industry acts as an engergy buffer, and therefor an exception, no other country can afford that.

The thing is that the peak electricity consumption is too high than the average in some summer days in many places in recent years, it would be wasteful to even try to build the over capacity (margin) to mitigate. France can't do it and China won't do it.
