USSR managed to do all that without access to to latest computing and manufacturing tech. It will be less than 5 years depending on Arabs. The only reason i brought it up is because of Arabs. look up Arabic news sources why they covering rare earth. They always stand behind observing whether all the world best technologies can be fused together to make the best product for Arabs as soon possible and how they will leverage it to make endless wealth out of it. US has alot of tech. but than you have to read my favorite topic why would Arabs invite Trump for a visit? if Arabs dont have understanding of modern world than how come they accumulate so much wealth.
Putin has to rely on Arab wealth to keep this Georgia from falling into EU when earlier he should have shown resolve.
There is many other changes that he is doing that reflects what he should have learned before Ukraine from Arabs.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Gallina served as the Associate Deputy Director of CIA for Digital Innovation (ADD/DI), and the Agency’s Chief Information Officer and Director of the Information Technology Enterprise. Ms. Gallina also worked in the private sector as the Vice President of IBM’s US Federal Key Accounts.
Before joining IBM, Ms. Gallina served as a CIA Directorate of Science and Technology officer assigned to the National Reconnaissance Office.
Juliane was commissioned as a naval officer at the US Naval Academy, and retired as a reserve officer in 2013. She holds a Master of Science in both Space Systems and Electrical Engineering. While at the US Naval Academy, Juliane was the first woman to lead the brigade of midshipmen since its founding in 1846.

No way they are doing that when Pakistan has more nukes than them. The most likely scenario is Missile or Air strike against so called terror targets, they could escalate more by going for ground attacks in the LOC as well. There could also be an attempt to take over more of Pakistani Kashmir, create a new LOC.
