Just like going ton XHS, it's not that they can't find people who can read Chinese, it's that its very hard to find people who can simultaneously read Chinese, be smart enough to understand technical concepts, and doesn't think America is an evil empire.

1 - The fact that they're asking who's winning means it's already over, because the typical China curve is vertical crossing.
2 - If they were smarter they'd spend more time preparing to defend against Chinese sanctions, or just trolling Deekseek style, than fantasize about America having any capacity for offence.

If they were smarter they’d be fixing domestic problems first and improving livelihoods of citizens so nothing catastrophic happens internally.
