Another try at dimensions of the plane. Used the H6K as well as some structures nearby to size it up.

Most likely set of dimensions 24.4 wingspan and 18.4 length.

Dish is a bit harder to measure as its color blends more with the background. Still, i'd wager it's around 7 m in diameter.

For comparison, E-2C figures:
length 17.6 m
wingspan 24.5 m
dish diameter 7.3 m

FWIW, some magazine illustrations. Take them with a grain of salt. The JZY-01 demonstrator mounts a 7-meter diameter dish. The last image apparently shows a transport and a ASW variant based on the same airframe.

Please vet images before posting. It took a minute to search for the image and determine that it has been circulating since at least mid-July. Failing to take this simple step detracts from the meat of the post and gives the trolls here oxygen.

I am a little bit surprised that the aircraft is in that shade of green/blue.

I wonder if it is primer or if it is its painted colour scheme. If it's primer, I think we haven't seen previous Chinese aircraft in that shade of primer before, usually they're combinations of yellow and light green.
