[Anyone who has been detained in Kashmir without evidence of a crime should be immediately and unconditionally released,” said Meenakshi Ganguly, South Asia director at Human Rights Watch]

The South Asian Director at Human Rights Watch is of the view that India is making mockery of its Human Rights committments by denying Kashmiris' right of freedom which is only making situation worsened day by day

United Nations treaty bodies and special procedures have called on India to amend the Public Security Act to ensure that it complies with its international human rights obligations. Prolonged detention without charge violates India’s obligations under international human rights law. The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, to which India is party, prohibits arbitrary arrest and detention. Anyone detained should be promptly taken before a judge and provided the reasons for their arrest and detention and any charges against them.

like I said before: Kashmir has turned into Palestine. from mosque demolition to constitution renegation, it's a life or death fight. if you don't put up fight, don't show you can do damage to your oppressor, you can only blame yourself. the west is not on your side.
