It looks a lot like YF-23 with canards.
It appears J-20 has side intakes and not an underbelly intake like the early Gaoshan CGs. But then, maybe that was an earlier concept of the J-20 that is less stealthy but maybe more agile than the J-20 prototype.
I wonder if 2001 and 2002 might be different!

Keep in mind all the drawings and CGs are probably nothing more than that (and how would an underbelly intake be less stealthy and more agile than side intakes?? Really that doesn't make any sense at all). And the blurry pictures haven't shown canards to be visible yet or are you referring to the drawing?
The first and second prototypes would be near identical -- from previous planes the first one seems to be the initial demonstrator/prototype while the second acts as the static/shakedown testbed.

so much chatter yet so little clear proof shots....most of those defence anaylsis made by the USA government I swear are based on some of these post made online by us. I wouldn't be suprised if bloggers and posters new of these pictures before spy agencies did.

most likely it is psed since I've seen one that is very similar to that one and is confirmed to be psed.
However the most obvious way to tell if it is a leakage is how the Chinese responds. If the image gets removed within 30mins then the image is probably the real deal. However if it doesn't get removed and it is a high quality image then most likely it is psed.

Well, if you look closely at the picture you can notice that the plane is banking towards us, and at the same time, the plane isn't airborne yet, I don't see any logic here, for me this is a PS.
