One thing that amaze me is how clean j-20 are. Yeah they are new but we don't see oil spills, smoke stains, heat spots. Even Chinese J-16 are clean... They certainly do nice maintenances to shine them, we even see j-11b to near showroom level.

I doubt the pilot can reach those buttons in a traditional fighter in a violent maneuver (dog fight). So in both modern and transitional fighter, most things in such situation are done through joystick. In such situation there is not much thing the pilot need to do anyway, you got the radar and computer to do the tracking and locking, you only need to turn the nose and pull the trigger when locked. All these things can be done through joystick.
Pretty sure that in combat virtually everything needed (radar control, stores management, choosing between weapons and setting them up, datalink, etc) can be managed through the HOTAS, when you actually need to operate the MFD by pressing the buttons or using the touchscreen it's generally just normal flying and not high-G maneuvers.

I have a question, regarding the IRST/EOTS of J-20. Is the window a flat or a curved surface?, it look to me that the window is slightly curved but iam not sure if iam correct on that
