The maker of the J-20, China's most advanced stealth fighter jet, revealed that it recently broke records in terms of aircraft delivery due to high demand, with experts saying on Sunday that the J-20 has entered a mass production phase after it solved the last missing piece of the puzzle, the domestically developed WS-10 engine.
Now that there is no limitation caused by the import of engines, and the homemade WS-10 engine has been tested on other aircraft like the J-10, J-11 and J-16, the J-20 is in a position to start mass production, Fu said.
"In a short time, we will be able to see J-20s operated by all eastern, southern, western, northern and central theater commands, and become the main force to safeguard China's sovereignty and territorial airspace security," Fu predicted.

Let's not forget that the rumored production of J-10C for Pakistan will be completed before the year's end. We need to add that on top of J-10Cs bound for PLAAF service.
honestly I think 2nd hand J10Bs are better choice for both Pakistan and China. It will be much cheaper for Pakistan and China can get rid of the 50 sth J10B to lower the logistical complexity. Of course they may need some upgrade to support new missiles or so.

But the PAF is not interested in older ones since it especially wanted a PL-15 capable AESA equipped fighter ... and on a side note, I heard that in fact originally the PAF wanted the PL-15 only for the Block 3 but China connected this sale with the J-10C, If true? I don't know.

I don't think China will promote any sale to Pakistan. China has to finace the sale anyway. I believe J10B can be upgraded to use PL15 and much cheaper. It's balance of cost and effectiveness.

That all may be and we surely can speculate on our own, but as it seems Pakistan will get J-10C regardless what we think …

I really really doubt their budget. They are spending on frigate, submarine, AA systems, JF17 block3..... it's already very high in Pakistan's history.
