Note the non-functioning electro-optical device and the absence of dark edge treatments along the bay doors. I think this could be one of the test birds, which would explain the lack of serials.
We've seen the capped EOD before and the edge treatment could have been done with new RAM that blends into the surrounding colour better or it just hasn't been applied. It's probably a new bird that hasn't had its serials painted yet.

I want to note that the gray part of the nozzle also has small serrations at its junction with the black petals. Nice attention to detail.

It's interesting that WS-10C uses the inner petal to adjust to the flow (almost like Snemac M88), while WS-10 on J-16 uses F100/F110 style petals.
