You must be joking right? Acoustic detection was being used before WW2.
Against propeller planes. Of course it would work against jets.
The problem is the technology is a lot less advanced than radar technology and has its own limitations.
Particularly in terms of range and accuracy.
the comment concerned a previous post suggesting advanced acoustic detection rendering F-22 “anti-stealth”.

is that true ws15 consumes 27% more fuel than ws-10c in non after burner mode? & further 10% more fuel in after burner mode? the thrust increases 17% only?

How can anyone know when we not even have a confirmed image of a WS-15 nor any official information?

Even more could you please explain what's the source for this rumour?

Probably......

Just because you are not using after burners to reach supercruise does not mean you are not burning more fuel.

Think about it, switching WS-10 to WS-15 is like switching a 3.0 liter to a 5.0 liter engine. Afterburners are like superchargers.

So while you BMW ///M5 will get to 60mph quicker, it also burns more fuel than your traditional 3.0 engine.

Like any fuel consumption comparisons, at what speed is that 27% referring to? Taxing around on the tarmac, cruising at 0.95 mach or.....???
