Yes, but there is no date of when the video was taken, no specific location (it says the individual is from CAC), no indication of what the airframe is for (could it be a demo model?), etc

The video states that the awardee is from Chengdu AC (成飞), and the award (中国青年五四奖章) which he had received was announced not even a week ago. That means the interview (and visit to the site) happened quite recently.
Even the official webpage of the PRC government (through Xinhua) listed the awardee as coming from Chengdu AC.
Moreover, if he is from Guizhou AC (贵飞), then there is no reason for Xinhua and CCTV7 to mention otherwise.
