That image made my day ...

I think that's the first picture we've seen of any J-10 variant carrying both targeting pod and LT-2.

That said, I think it would be better if they could induct a smaller diameter and smaller weight PGM to replace LT-2 (which weighs 500kg) to carry two or even three smaller PGMs for one LT-2.

1) Why do those missiles have Red color ?
Red for confrontational combat exercises ?

2) I am still confused with J-10A -- do both J-10A use TaiHang machine ?

3) Is that possible that these new Yellow Prime J-10A + J-10AS is for IRAN Air Force ?

If these are for IRAN, then finally perhaps, the pro King of the Hill--that--can--not--be--named faction < who are Self--Serving traitors and Corruptors to protect their financial assets overseas > within PLA and PRC Central gov. is losing their power. Very Nice progress !!

Yes ... I expect a smaller weapon, maybe the GB-3 as seen here:

Nah, man, those are clearly AL-31. Why would you think they are for Iran? Even if Iran couldn't afford full J-10B (though they might trade oil for it to afford them), they would probably still get the new J-10B airframe with DSI, with the internals bumped down for cheap since I doubt China wants to restart the J-10A line at all.

How new are those pictures?

The vegetation looks too lush and green for this time of year (just compare to the vegetation in the recent J20 pictures).

Speaking of J20s, anyone notice the two in the bottom on 616 shot?

Reminds me of a very similar J10 take-off-with-2-J20s-in-the-background photo from a fair while back.

Anyone remember that photo? As I can't find it now...
