Producing gen 4+ unstable, computer-flown delta canard right after j-8/jh-7 was indeed something.

Allegedly a summary document on the loan terms for the J-10CE project and associated parts and weapons, courtesy of unknown hackers. Not sure about its authenticity, so take it with a grain of salt.
China provides vendor financing of $1.5 billion for 20 J-10CEs, 240 PL-15E AAMs, and 10 spare engines, etc. at 4.15% interest, with the loan to be paid off in 11 years time.
P.S. Apparently, according to this document, the powerplant for J-10CE is designated as KWS-10B.

Not always a bad thing, you have someone much more interested in showing off your product, you helped an Ally, and you improved Pakistani security which improves China’s, for basically a rounding error.
