There's a deep mistrust of USA in Pakistan. They simply do not have that type of relationship where secrets are shared. US is the country that kept Pakistani payments for a decade but refused to provide the paid-for weapons; sanctioned Pakistan and instead gave them an equivalent amount of soybeans which American producers had in excess. And China is the country that provided Pakistan with a lifeline at that time under sanctions. There's no way Pakistan will ever cede that relationship with China for favor with US that is known to be unreliable, dishonest and dishonorable. Pakistani leadership and public both are well-aware of this.

US does it with everyone, and generally love to deal with them doesn't change much from that.
The difference is more along the lines who's now favorite concubine in harem, and who's currently is out of favour (and secretly looking to get back into the bed).

So they should give up and let be exterminated with love not violence. Like Leningrad which suffered 1 million people by the Nazi siege, they should avoid the pain and surrender to the more powerful and modern war machine.

I totally agree about Yemenis. Ask yourself why PRC doesn't swallow ROC in 3 days. Yes because of the big boss Uncle Sam. Iran has not any part of territory missing and you see, yet tasted the candys of Uncle.

It does not help that the Iranian president is a coward and a traitor.

Almost letting the IAEA back in after they gave the Israelis the names and home addresses of all your nuclear scientists would be considered treason in any other developed nation.

The only reason they didn't is because the Europeans told them to their faces that snapback sanctions would occur no matter what.

There's a way called diplomacy, even deception. If im not mistaken, Khamenei has the last word, so everything the parliament does has his approval. And i do not take him as stupid. If you haven't been aware NATO awaits with guns loaded. On Ukraine situation, the guns are already unloading. A combined NATO operation let the bombings on Iran happened. The desperate, defamed Hitlerisks without followers (only the real one was somewhat gifted) are waiting for the tiniest excuse to set the globe ablaze. So, today another two military cargo carriers from Russia landed on Iran and life goes on

Iran complied in full with Western demands and in return was savagely attacked by the Israelis and the US.

Iran managed to begin last war with loss of all of their walls. It wasn't really up to them whom they let in anymore.

Even per released videos, they've lost several years of SAM production, and they weren't really losing old units. What to do with IADS system, which was visibly compromised into oblivion at zero hour?

And how distributed air defense is even supposed to fight, when Mossad literally can coordinate special ops units everywhere around in Iran.

Iranian military, two of them, had literally one job to keep Iran in the game: not lose everything in a disastrous manner early on; then, attrition and public opinion(shot down pilots) could've been made good use of.

Iran lost its entire defensive capability, and kept only retaliatory(which was hunted down). Compare it with many instances in the past, when through hubris or incompetence Chinese (or Persian) field armies were obliterated early on by invading nomads.
Yes, nomads often couldn't take down city walls, and there was a window of illusion that nomads are driven back. But these couldn't take down walls immediately, that is.

If that were true, US + Israel would have marched into Tehran. Instead, Netanyahu was begging Iranians to overthrow their government, indicating the military adventure was largely unsuccessful.

Shows how delusional he was. Still doesn't matter; war essentially sealed degradation of Iran from a regional power more important than, say, Turkey, into a role of...we shall see.
Given the speed of transfer, I'd suspect that mig-29s over Tehran are now flown by Russians.
Which, of course, saves Iran from being bombed again, but it also ties it's freedom of action - at least until it can recover.

Plan was regime change and disable nuclear infrastructure. Both failed. Don't tell me the plan was just disable IADS (even that is not proven as ground footage showed Israel struck mostly decoys) and leave because that is totally nonsensical.
