american helmet manufacturer imports chinese helmets apparently, but doesn't disclose it

edit: now that I think about it this doesn't fit in the thread, sorry mods, please delete it

i know completely nothing about the helmet, but just watching the video, was helmet always been tested in such a close in senario? i thought the soilders fire to each other in like 100m or 200m or even longer distance...

also what's the normal NATO, or US helmet in compare with the Chinese one?

Based on the images we got, it seems to be in the class of the MICH 2000, but with the tightening knob that is found on FAST helmets.

He tested the IHPS helmet which is the newest one in service. That one was just bad.

This is just unfair! When I had my college military training more than a decade ago, we were still wearing those green canvas "liberation shoes" that make our entire dorm smell like athletes' foot. We used to joke that the smell of feet was more potent that the tear gas used in chemical weapon trainings, so some dudes would even wear their gas masks when sleeping. We were also wearing the GK80 steel helmet paired with wrong 07 camo (the marine ones), which made us more apparent in bushes than getting the job done.

Now those post-2000 newbies just got camos and boots possibly better than those of the Yanks...why wasn't I born ten year later than my actual birth......
