I have to confirm my e-mail once a day

I have to confirm my e-mail every day, why?

No idea, try getting in contact with mods. I signed up with a temp mail address and had no issues so far with it asking for me to confirm my email address.

That sounds like a @Webmaster thing since it is a technical issue. Mods don’t have access to that type of information.

I was looking for a way to contact the webmaster. But apart from starting a thread in this forum, I couldn't find any other way ... now I see, "Contact us" is a possibility. It wasn't available for me yesterday.
