2 industry professionals to inform the group that the proper term is "lamp"

It's not just about Chinese lightbulbs; it's about the PAF which are now entering service and are better than the Indian ones by the way. And did you hear that the Indian lightbulbs are over budget and have reliability problems. The new PAF lightbulb is also lower-observable which makes it harder to see especially in the dark which I promise you isn't a reverse logic.
