>when you riot so hard you force Royal Hong Kong Police Force to become Hong Kong People's Police

Here's the video. Fantastic news. That the condoms have managed to gel the police and others to be more pro-china. They couldn't have made more of fxxk up if the try.

It should have done years ago. The curriculum they taught after the handover is even worse than what I got during the colonial years. Basically, they whitewashed British colonial racism and segregation and demonized China.

Can't really tell... Might've gone full communism and switched out for Kalashnikovs - bye bye one country two systems! ;)
Well, it could be M16A2s, judging by the magazine well, front sight post and bayonet in the stock pics.

Some how in the video they retain the foregrips. I have never seen troop keep their foregrips on their D&C weapons.

When my uncle made Senior Inspector some two decades ago, they were marching with some form of AR15 at the passing out parade (too young to remember what exact variant, but definitely remember it being some form of bayonet-ed AR15). So I wouldn't be surprised they're still marching with some form of M16.

Maybe the foregrip is there to get the trainee to put their hand on the proper spot on the handguard?

A fellow Hong Kong educated person here. I too was taught under the colonial days. I distinctively remembered the portrait of the queen in every class room. Did you remember that?

What firearms are they holding? Is that a Mp5?

Sorry, I've got no idea. No very good with guns. I've got a photo somewhere with my brother in police uniform carrying a rifle. I think It was an M16. I see if I can find it.

Don't remember if there were a portrait in every class room but the queen portraits were every where. My sisters attended Protestant and Catholic schools and there are more brainwashing and whitewashing in those schools.
