Hong-Kong Protests

Deport them to other countries?? Nobody's gonna take them! You can't deport the natural citizen scumbags of your country; that's not how deportation works LOL. The UK doesn't want them. Trump would build a sea-wall to keep them out if he had to! I say trap them at the airport, load them all onto trucks, drive them to a camp in the middle of the desert, and put them to manual labor. Rest time should be spent watching Chinese patriotic education and war-time dramas. Those who show signs of proper re-education and remorse can be re-introduced into Chinese society on a probationary status. The others have all the rest of their lives there to figure it out.

And if any country tries to bring up human rights, just tell them it's an adoption center; come adopt as many as you like from the untrainable pile!

It did not prevent them from trying to self-deport themselves to UK. Maybe this is the ultimate goal of the protestors? The UK owes them this much for egging them on, I think it is best for everyone,

Separately, some protesters gathered outside the British consulate on Sunday, to urge Britain to confirm that China had violated the Sino-British Joint Declaration by not granting democracy to Hong Kong, and for Britain to grant full citizenship to British National (Overseas) passport holders.

It's telling that the Western MSN makes no mention of these people's desire for British citizenship.

This is classic economic migration. It just happens that these people have been misled into believing that they can move to the West by attacking China.

There should be a provision added into the Basic Law of HK, which systematically makes every HK resident declare in public his / her allegiance to the People's Republic of China without any ambiguity. You do have the right to choose your loyalty to the US, the UK, or the ROC, or to nobody, and you can still stay in HK even if you hate the PRC. But you can't hold any public office, can't take any job that is funded though public money, and you must be ready to move to the place to which you put your loyalty when other people loyal to the PRC need use the land, the space, the air, the water you occupy and consume in HK.

Problem solved.

I was in hong kong in June when the first protests started. Actually I was on my way to Victoria's peak and couldn't make it their due to the protests. Spoke to a few protestors and it was remarkable how young they were, both girls and boys. Spoke to a couple of policemen and some were arrogant while others were helpful. The posters above giving example of the heavy handed usa police should also explain how the people's police of China would have reacted ? Tanks by now?
Its to hk police credit that casualties have been minimum but thats because they were brought up in a democratic environment. And that's what will be lost if China gets its way in hk. Usa police is a aberration, let's look at European police for examples. France has highly disruptive strikes and demonstrations on a regular basis. No deaths their.

I say just leave HK as it is. Don't crackdown (because cracking down would mean all faults would become Beijing's), but let protesters burn whatever they want (except police stations and military bases). Let the protesters discredit themselves, while HK's economic significance go down as more MNCs move elsewhere, while Chinese companies return to the Mainland or move to Singapore. In fact, as HK's economic significance go down, these protesters would have less and less to bargain for themselves, let alone playing hardball with Beijing like they do right now. It would also weaken the tycoons monopolizing HK's real-estate market. If the UK and the US would be willing to offer asylum, it would be a chance for China to banish these young radical (so Win-Win). Therefore, there is absolutely no need to deploy the PLA or the PAP.

Commentary: Violence in Hong Kong must end now

Rioters in Hong Kong on Saturday once again resorted to escalating violence. They stormed government and legislative offices, threw petrol bombs at police and set fire to multiple locations including police headquarters.

Facing flagrant violent acts, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government and the Hong Kong police took decisive measures to enforce the law and stop the violence, sending a clear warning to the rioters.

The resolution of the HKSAR government and the police to restore social order and safeguard the rule of law in Hong Kong has won acknowledgment and support among Hong Kong residents, as well as all Chinese people.

The rioters and their behind-the-scene supporters cried for "freedom" and "democracy" but turned a blind eye to people's freedom by violently obstructing them from going to school and work.

Shame on those who threatened children of police officers in school, who spread the language of hatred against police, who ambushed police officers at night outside police stations.

Behind the violence and chaos in Hong Kong is an elaborate scheme of the rioters and their patrons whose real intent is clearly exposed now. They tried to stir up unrest in Hong Kong and compromise the "one country, two systems" principle, before spreading the "color revolution" into the Chinese mainland.

However, their attempt to "kidnap Hong Kong" and press the central authorities is just a delusion. No concession should be expected concerning such principle issues.

There are three bottom lines which must not be crossed: no one should harm the national sovereignty and security; no one should challenge the power of the central authorities and the authority of the Basic Law of the HKSAR; no one should use Hong Kong to infiltrate and undermine the mainland.

Anyone who dares to infringe upon these bottom lines and interfere in or damage the "one country, two systems" principle will face nothing but failure and will be held accountable by the country's Constitution and the HKSAR's Basic Law.

The Hong Kong police recently detained nearly 900 people suspected of taking part in violent crimes, including Joshua Wong Chi-fung and Andy Chan Ho-tin, leaders of political groups advocating "Hong Kong's independence."

Faced with the central government's resolute support for the HKSAR government and the Hong Kong police, faced with the HKSAR government's firm and just law enforcement, faced with strong condemn from Chinese people, the end is coming for those attempting to disrupt Hong Kong and antagonize China.

They should never misjudge the determination and ability of the central government, the HKSAR government and Chinese people to safeguard the nation's sovereignty, security and core interests.

It's hilarious reading such a propaganda piece. The nearly 100 % conviction rates in Chinese courts is the reason the youngsters are on the streets. The puppet hk government is just creating trouble for itself by not withdrawing the extradition bill. With the reach of media today, China cannot repeat the killings of tianenman square or the cultural revolution. Best to acceed to the demands of the hk youngsters or I forsee the youth in mainland China also rising in protest. The west is in any case looking for a reason to sanction China. Any heavy handed response of the communist government and the sanctions are in place. Only thing I don't support us the British flags. Brits are scum.

You are truly delusional. Keep smashing and burning stuff in HK. Other than money from NED, CIA and other shit disturbers, no one really give a shit what happens in HK. You are the one who has to live with the smash infrastructure and ruin HK reputation at the end

well it already elicited reaction from Vincent

Certainly, but right now we don't have the rumours to say "WS-15 has been test flown".

As I said, for all we know it might have already been test flown, but we haven't had rumours to "confirm" that it has happened, so we can only wait.

Therefore, at present it is prudent and most correct to say that it's been rumoured to have been installed for testing, but we have no information suggesting it's been test flown yet.

Some great images from Falcon Strike 2019.
