It has been 3 days and they still have no idea when they can perform surgery for my grandma. My uncle and cousins were not allowed to visit her due to lock down of hospitals. If these so called doctors and nurses have any compassion left, then they should never hold patients hostage.

Sorry to hear that. Hope she will be ok. At least some Hong Kong nurses got conscience and went in to work.

Yes, I just saw that. But problem is, just like the earlier withdrawal of the extradition bill, this won't satisfy those ungrateful scums.

Funny thing is, the WHO has criticize USA for their draconian response of stopping all the flights from China! Not many MSM reported this.
Add to that it’s deputy in the Asia pacific Australia. There is an estimated 100,000 Chinese University students unable to return for this semester according to the student union and they are asking for the start of semester to be differed to beginning of March. This is going to be interesting, the hit on the Australian economy is going to massive.

Well, also maybe because most of the medical personnel have gone on a strike and not enough manpower to take care of the sick...

The nurse are no better than the thugs of the past 6 months. Completely unprofessional and UNETHICAL.

Nurses are meant to be there for the patients at their time of needs. Instead these lots are on strike for political ideology, nothing to do with their working conditions!

It is amazing that the two nurses union leaders was the same air stewardess union leader before their sacking for conduct! Mmmm.

Received a WhatsApp message from a Singaporean friend on Hong Kong's face mask shortage which I quote below. This is how many Singaporeans view Hong Kong today - quite sad.

" What hv the Hongkees need to complain ?.. Misusing up all the masks in the past months
of rioting.. n now ran out of masks for its real purpose ! Irony! "
