does this have a internal bomb? how much can it lift in terms of payload and how far? is it nuclear capable?
can it be used for precision strikes, using GPS, too many questions i know!

Maybe it's on final approach to land. It does look dangerously close to wires.
IMHO, it is clearly coming in for a landing. But that approach is right over very conjested areas where in most spaces that would be open lands around the airfield that close to landing.
