The math would be simple otherwise
60 Rafales * 5 = 300 J-10s!
However, since there are already F-16 and JF-17, you have to subtract those and Mirage III/V are being retired, so they don't count.

TIL from 1945-1952, following World War II, the US required that all items imported from Japan to the US carry one mark: "Made in Occupied Japan".
5 J10CE pilots had to dismount their planes in order to deliver the Rafale pilot to the pow camp. Another Indian victory moment!
