Did India give The UN Security Council seat to China?

So, a few Indians claim the India passed the offer to China.

On UN's official page, it says that China played a key role in the establishment of the UN, therefore was given a seat.

But they won't budge, ordering me to state what cotribution China made.

I don't know, that's just what UN says.

So my questions:

Who made the more significant contribution to the defeat of the Axis?

Who made the more significant contribution to the establishment of the UN.

India gives the seat to China? Then ask them what makes UN wanted to choose India UNSC seat in the first place?

Ask those Indian who tell u this to have back up with concrete stuff.

Proof, we need proofs!

Some Chinese claim they discovered America before the Europeans. I don't believe them anymore than I believe India passed the offer of a permanent seat in the UNSC to China. For example, India gained independence after the UNSC was formed. And China did significantly contribute to the war in Asia so I don't know why India would have been offered a seat and China not.

Don't get upset about such claims. Every country has people with strange ideas and/or want to provoke an argument. Ignore them or ask for more information. I usually do the first with fenqing.

When UN was founded in 1945 by the victors of WWII, in case you do not know, China was one of the remaining powers still standing, albeit more in the sense of size than strength. At that moment, there was no such a nation called India. Today's India was still one of Britains' colonies.
When PRC was elected to represent China in place of Taiwan's KMT, nothing was ever mentioned about India becoming a UNSC.

Nobody in China says that. That theory is championed by Gavin Menzies and his book "1421: The Year China Discovered the World".
