Just the colour palette or the layout as well?

Theme 2, hate the large side bar of theme 4.

I just use Dark Reader for dark mode
Its works pretty well.
Question, is the layout also going to change? Because if so, #4 is terrible.

Mobile Users. 80% side bar. 20% forum.

Using mobile so I dont particularly care about the layout. Having said that, I would go with theme no. 4

Theme 1 and Theme 2 use blue colour which is a no-go for eyes during nighttime

Theme 3 has a bright/light dark background which from experience is like looking at a mini sun in night

Theme 4 is pure dark mode. IMO that's the best theme to use

You never know what betrayal feels like till you choose theme 1 thinking everyone else thinks the same as you.

Theme 1 is too bright with blue. Defeats the point. Also has a huge top bar. Fuck those.
