According to the idiot sandwich, the radar sets on Fujian has been installed. Need confirmation, because I couldn't find this anywhere on Weibo.

The presence of the red color banner on the catapult shelter may indicate that this is an old photo taken just after 003 was launched.
Note that the banners have been removed from the ship as at this momemnt of time.
... even more since I see no changes to the radar plates/cover that may hint an installation.

Hi because it’s a catapult launch system and j35 with its full load and even not up to the powerful engine easily can fly out & if we guess the time frame of j35 maturity it’s almost along the lines of fujian approximately
