A damage control exercise aboard Shandong. I haven't located the video clip, but according to the poster, it was revealed that the damage control team train very regularly, up to 2 to 3 times a day.

"生命力巡逻", or "life/vitality patrol". After some research, I believe the term refers to the sustained and continuous inspection process required to make sure the ship is in proper working order. I'm not sure what those blue devices are, but I think they might used to electronically register the inspection status on various sections of the ship, maybe as simple as marking the section as having been inspected.
