The Japanese are big Qanon followers. They believe the same things that American Qanon followers believe except the conspirators are different.
What do these Japanese Imperialists believe then or is their version of Qanon assumes that Suga is really the twin brother of Donald Trump and that due to chemtrails, Suga's actual features of blue-eyed blond hair exterior has been hidden away in plain sight so not to scare the Koreans and the Chinese.
Japan is relatively mild, and guess what? India has an excuse (being poor and backwards). Japan is rich and the Chinese - Vietnamese - Taiwanese - Australian - New Zealand model is on the table and implementable for them. If Japan burns, I'll laugh at them for being so decadent. If India burns, I'll sympathize with them for being so poor and enfeebled.
