Rinse and Repeat!! Which is also one of the most persistent reasons why the mindset and conditioning thoughts of many people in the west react in a negative and dismissive manner when hearing any positive news that come out from China. They have been conditioned to think, feel that Chinese government is incapable of anything positive; it’s only good for repression, suppression, discrimination, putting down political dissent or voice for freedom. Therefore the wealth creation that occurred in China wasn't even the result of it's own governments doing or policies but rather the political leaders accepting the American way of doing capital which means the wealth creation in China was mainly due to the west act of benevolence, humanity a.k.a. the white man's burden.
Which also part of the reason why some of the most vociferous and ignorant chattering westerners easily parrot this line of thinking. It accepts the propaganda that China is acting ungrateful towards the west by acting or asserting it's own national interests when it should have placated her interests and place American and western interests above all others.
This line of thinking is absent amongst the many here in the west due to the conditioning that all of them go through from their education, media, culture that anything and everything they have done including the genocidal pasts can be forgiven and are part and parcel of their greatness.

MSM isn't interested in Taiwan. If it were HK or China, then they would have a field day.
As high those numbers seems sadly for Taiwan "looks like" that is going to be a slow painful burn like Australia instead of of a single giant quick wave like Hong Kong. According to their own CDC at the current rate it will take two months to infect 30% of the population and probably that is not enough to reach some sort of population immunity with Omicron in a dense place like that island.
Why would those folks did what they did? And for what purpose?
As always, for money. They'll need to do quality and safety inspections on these testing facility to prevent these from happening.
