The bodies keep coming down the Ganges. Now bodies are being buried by the hundreds by the banks of the Ganges. Highly certain that these are not counted into India's Covid-19 death tally. They are literally burying the truth. And the Indian government is all too happy to keep it buried.

As the bodies continue to float down the Ganges. The poor fishermen are still fishing in the same waters! Fishing in the extremely polluted Ganges is already a bad idea to begin with. Now they'll have Covid-19 ridden corpses to add into their misery. But I guess these fishermen had no other choice, their lives are already so desperate as it is. Any competent government would not have allowed people to fish in those waters. These fishermen should be shown other cleaner fishing grounds, or given other opportunities to make a living. But we know how the Indian government works.

So much for having the ability to vote your government and free speech. Look at India now in 2021.

Well only mammals can contract COVID, if that's any consolation. Fish wouldn't get infected.

Fish don't contract Covid-19. But they could carry the virus around. Along with all the other nasty bacteria and parasites in their bodies. Seriously, does anyone think its a good idea to consume fish from the Ganges with Covid-19 ridden bodies floating in it?

Better to get radioactive Japanese fish than to get them from that dirty Ganges

What else can they do for a living? They got no choice. It is either this or starving.

Well. Technically, you could cook the fish from the Ganges until its safe of Covid-19, bugs, and parasites. But the heavy metals and pollutants are still there.

As for the Japanese radioactive fish, you can't get rid of the Radionuclides from cooking the fish. So any Cesium-137, or Strontium-90 contained in the fish is still gonna kill you after cooking.

So pick your poison. You could either die from heavy-metal poisoning, or cancer from consuming either fishes. Best is to stay the hell away from both fishes.
