So how long until maiden flight ???

According to one Chinese forum it was a "low speed" taxiing (which "failed" last time), so no need to hold breath yet.
How do you fail low-speed taxiing? If someone told me I had no choice but to test-fly a jet that failed low-speed taxiing, and with no ejection seat, I'd get all my affairs in order.

It could have had issues with getting moving or stopping.

Moving forward is just a matter of giving some thrust to the engine and stopping is just throttling down the engine during a slow taxiing test. Did they make a mistake in installing the engine or something??

There is always some form of parking brakes. It could have failed for any number of reasons from issues with the Throttle, premature breaking, Early engine shutdown, loss of control.
