The funds will focus on the research and development of the core inkjet printing process of crystalline silicon perovskite stacked cells and the development of ink materials, accelerating the localization of key equipment in the photovoltaic industry.
According to public information, Guangsu Technology was established in 2024 and is committed to the research, development, production and sales of core process equipment in the pan-semiconductor field. It is a high-tech enterprise that focuses on providing leading process, equipment and material solutions for the next generation of high-efficiency solar cells represented by perovskite stacked cells. It is the only innovative company in China that has achieved commercial delivery of perovskite inkjet printing equipment.
The core team members of the company come from well-known companies in the semiconductor, photovoltaic and semiconductor display fields, and have more than 20 years of experience in the development and delivery of core process equipment in the pan-semiconductor field. Guangsu Technology provides users with complete inkjet printing process solutions and equipment, including ink formulations and film drying solutions, to achieve uniform deposition of ultra-thin functional film layers.
So far, Guangsu Technology is the first supplier in China to successfully deliver mass-produced perovskite inkjet printing equipment to the perovskite field, and has reached close cooperation with many leading solar cell companies.
