Hydrogen is produced from electricity produced from wind turbines or solar panels. E-Fuels is produced from Hydrogen produced from electricity produced from wind turbines or solar panels. Without the electricity from wind turbines and solar panels there is no (green) Hydrogen and no (green) E-Fuels.

Hydrogen is better suited for heavier vehicles/transportation ways

Such as airplanes, heavy trucks, ships

If its for normal cars, then I don't see why anyone would go for hydrogen
You can make the case for hydrogen for SUVs and taxis

It is best to use all of these techniques as needed.

As many battery-powered drives as possible, because that reduces electricity consumption. As many drives with eFuels as necessary so that even heavy loads and long distances can be managed in a climate-neutral manner.

Hydrogen as a bridging technology.

But if you have sufficient electricity ie from heavy use of nuclear, solar and wind, then energy density becomes the critical factor and not overall efficiency. Synthetic fuel is still worth it for high energy density requirements like chemical rockets, aircraft and ships.

You could drive a diesel electric (hybrid) cargo ship with synthetic fuel or hydrogen. A battery ship? Don't even kid me.

I would like to do without intensive use of nuclear energy because people do not invest the money necessary to make nuclear power plants safe.

This is already starting to happen. The long times it takes to construct nuclear plants and the frequent budget overruns are quickly making it a non-startet for many countries

With 4th gen of nuclear plants we hope to see a huge icrease in safety while costing less to build and less.to maintain/operate. The increase on safety should (ideally..) also lessen the time to construct a nuclear planta
