Could also be the unnamed manned tiltrotor aircraft that was spotted undergoing flight testing in August 2025.
Surprised no one posted that and that video is from over a week ago. That looks like the Harbin tiltrotor demonstrator being seen flying for the first time ever?

I guess I meant moreso a physical video of it flying rather than a still image.
The man who speaks in the background features a "northeast accent", so it's likely in Harbin.
