Correction that is NOT a GJ-11, it should be the GJ-21 or whatever the naval variant is called. The naval variant has a straight clipped wingtip while the air force one has a angular clipped wing

reminds me of this so a possibility it's variable sweep otherwise can't think of a reason for such complicated trailing edges
