Twin engine, High altitude drone. The piston engine and propellers configured for very high altitude flight seem to be the main technological challenge tackled by this drone.

Slightly bigger images.

The first domestic unmanned helicopter powered by a 60-kilowatt micro turboprop engine

The drone had a purpose built 60 kW micro turboprop engine that enabled it to fly at 5191m altitude over the Tibet Qinghai plateau by a teat team of 7304 factory of Academy of Science. The drone took off from a test site 4300m above sea level. It delivered cargo and engaged in night operations.

Engine weighs 18 kg.
Total takeoff weight for fixed wing : 400 to 600 kg
Max takeoff weight for Rotary (Helicopter) : 240 to 360 kg

I think the drone is an MK-400 Tandem Unmanned Helicopter. China tested the MK-400 Tandem Unmanned Helicopter with a maximum payload of 220kg and a maximum lift limit of 6,000 meters in Tibet plateau. Equipped troops can carry out wounded transport, night delivery, ammunition supply and other tasks. I even saw a footage of this posted somewhere at Twitter around mid-Nov but did not keep the link.

Very good find. But this drone seem to be of sheet metal build. The drone I liked maybe a newer version with composite build. Just compare the two images.
